Work Force Match not only matches talented candidates for employment with vetted organizations, but we also provide resources for individual candidates, family members and other organizations within the field. 

Being a working, functioning adult on the spectrum can be hard and we fully understand this. We offer online and in-person events that provide networking opportunities as well as webinars and events that coach candidates how to interact socially, at work or resolve any issue that may arise. 

One of the major benefits of taking part in our membership program is general one-on-one training. This may be with a job coach, life coach or just an ear to listen to.  We want all of our candidates to use their talents to achieve success and build confidence.
