He also founded Strategic Marketing Ventures, Inc. providing strategic planning, financing, and business development for Digital Forensics USA – DFLabs, Diligent, Inc. board services, Visual Board Books, Inc. board portal, Tymshare, Inc. financial applications and Xerox sales and training. Michael founded Commonwealth Financial Corporation providing investment banking, strategic planning, and business development in the software and technology industry after working for Kidder Peabody, SoftwareAG – software funding, Vanguard Research – acquisitions.
